We answer emergency calls 24/7 in Metro Vancouver. If your gate is stuck open and your property isn’t secure, tell us when you call so we can prioritize it.

Every gate is different, so we give you a firm price on site before any work begins.

The most common causes are blocked or dirty safety sensors, a remote or keypad fault, a tripped breaker, or a worn track or hinge. Check that nothing is blocking the photo-eyes and that the opener has power. If it still won’t close, call us.

If the opener is under about 10 years old and the fault is a single part, repair is usually the better value. If it’s older, parts are discontinued, or it keeps failing, replacement often costs less over time. We’ll give you both options.
